Returns & Refunds
At Muddy Paws Winery Name, we take pride in delivering high-quality wines to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of wine or other perishable goods unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at muddypawswinery@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly replace the damaged items or offer a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Refundable Items
- Wines that have been opened or consumed
- Personalized or custom-labeled bottles
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. However, we will assist in resolving carrier-related issues when possible.
