Mike and Kathie Boyce’s winemaking adventure began as a shared hobby, discovering the art of winemaking at local gatherings. As Mike honed his craft, Kathie became the official taste-tester, ensuring every bottle met her high standards. Together, they founded Muddy Paws Winery, creating wines that celebrate the things they love most: wine, dogs, and the joy of a life well-lived.

For more than 23 years, Mike and Kathie have rescued dogs and given them loving homes. Each Muddy Paws wine is named after one of their beloved rescues, honoring the “pawsome” friends who have shared their lives. We pour our hearts into every bottle to give wine lovers (and their pups!) a place to enjoy great wine, fresh air, and the company of friendly companions.
